What do L1, L2 and L3 mean?
They are support levels. L1 is the first line: passwords, accounts, email, printers, software and how-to questions. L2 handles deeper technical issues: laptops and operating systems, VPN and network access, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, permissions. L3 is senior engineers: servers, network architecture, complex outages, root cause analysis and vendor escalation.
How do employees reach the helpdesk?
By email to a dedicated support address or through chat. Every request gets a ticket number, and we connect remotely through a secure remote-access tool when needed.
Is support remote only?
Yes, we work remotely. If hardware has to be touched on site, we guide your staff step by step or coordinate a local technician or the vendor.
What are your working hours?
Business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 CET, are included. Extended (7 days, 7:00–22:00) and 24/7 coverage are available. Monitoring runs 24/7 on every plan.
How does the first-client discount work?
The first 10 clients get 20% off any plan for the first 6 months with monthly billing, and onboarding is free. From month 7 the regular price applies. With yearly billing the 20% discount doesn’t stack, but onboarding is still free.
What does onboarding include?
We document your IT, set up access, monitoring, backups and a support channel for your team. It is a one-time fee of 50% of the first month, minimum €150 — free for the first 10 clients.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Helpdesk and infrastructure start at €299 a month in total — for example 7 users on L1–L2 or 11 users on L1. Website plans and DevOps have no minimum.
Do we need to change providers or licenses?
No. We work with your current hosting, cloud and Microsoft or Google licenses — they stay in your name. If something holds you back, we suggest options and you decide.
How do you keep our access and data safe?
Named accounts with two-factor authentication, least-privilege access, a password vault and a log of our actions. We sign an NDA and a GDPR data processing agreement on request.
Can you take over our existing website?
Yes — WordPress, 1C-Bitrix, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart and Django sites. We start with a free audit and tell you honestly what needs fixing.
What DevOps work do you do?
CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes, infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible, monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and cloud cost optimization on AWS and Azure. Unused DevOps hours don’t carry over to the next month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice. We hand over all access, documentation and the latest backups.
